1. The service

CareLedger checks an aged-care provider statement against the published fee rules, marks what looks wrong with dollar amounts and rule citations, and drafts the questions to put to the provider.

2. Price and payment

A$29 one-off per statement · AUD, GST incl. Payment is taken through our secure checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

3. Refund policy

The short version: If your audit report is not delivered within 2 business days of payment, you get a full refund on request within 30 days. If the statement is clean, the clean bill of health in writing is the product.

1. Full refund if the audit report is not delivered within 2 business days of payment. Request it within 30 days of payment; it is issued within 5 business days, no arguments.

2. Because the report is delivered digitally and immediately usable, change-of-mind refunds are not offered once the report has been delivered.

3. If anything in a statement suggests possible misuse of funds, CareLedger does not generate a provider letter and directs you to OPAN and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission instead; in that case you may request a full refund within 30 days.

4. What the service is not

CareLedger provides general information only. It is not legal, financial, or care advice. CareLedger never predicts outcomes and never contacts your parent or your provider.

5. Your responsibilities

You have authority to share the statement you upload.
You verify every finding against its cited source before contacting the provider.
You understand findings are general information, and you seek independent advice where it matters.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, submit material you have no right to share, or use it to send unsolicited messages to third parties.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email to current customers, and the updated date above changes with them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
