CareLedger (aged-care statement checking against the published fee rules) collects the minimum personal information needed to deliver the service. We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers or data brokers.

What we collect

Your name and email address (to deliver the report and receipt).
The aged-care statement you upload (PDF or photo), used only to produce your audit.
Your authority confirmation for sharing the statement.

How we use it

To deliver the product you paid for and the receipts for it.
To send the reminders, alerts, or drafts the product promises: nothing else, no marketing list.
To respond if you contact us.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We never use your documents or data to train models without your explicit consent.
We never contact anyone else on your behalf. The product drafts; you send.

Storage and retention

Uploaded statements are used only to produce your audit and are deleted after 30 days. Reports already delivered to you are yours to keep. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, and ask for deletion. Email hello@careledger.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. If basic, privacy-respecting analytics are added later, this policy will be updated first.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated date above changes with it, and current customers are notified by email.
