Methodology: how we check our guides
We are an independent Australian publisher of compliance checklists. This page describes how every guide is researched. No people, no personal details, just the process.
Primary sources we check
- The Aged Care Act 1997 (Cth)
- The aged-care fees and payments principles and determinations
- The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing's published fee schedules
Check cadence
Quarterly re-check of the fee rules, plus an ad-hoc check whenever a fee schedule or determination changes.
What "verified" means here
Every rule in the checker is traced to a section of the published fee rules, cited in the report.
What we never claim
- We do not give legal, financial or other professional advice. Everything here is general information.
- We do not invent testimonials, reviews or statistics. Where we have none, we say so.
- The primary source always overrides this site. Check the official publication before acting.
