Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds

No change-of-mind refunds once the report has been delivered. If your audit report is not delivered within 2 business days of payment, you get a full refund on request within 30 days. Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply as above. Full refund terms: terms.html#refund.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on this information.
